Privacy Policy

This is a placeholder privacy policy for SonaMation’s rebuilt website. Production text should be drafted with counsel and reviewed against GDPR, CCPA, and HubSpot’s data-processing terms.

We collect the minimum information necessary to deliver our services: email addresses voluntarily submitted via forms, basic analytics on site usage, and engagement-specific data shared by clients during active engagements (under NDA).

We do not sell or rent personal data. We do not load third-party advertising trackers without consent. Analytics are first-party where possible.

Data retention: marketing leads are retained for 24 months unless deleted on request. Engagement data is retained per the executed contract — typically 12 months post-engagement.
