Operators who built a SaaS unicorn — now rebuilding RevOps for everyone else.
SonaMation’s founding team built Socio — the hybrid-event platform acquired by Cisco. We started this company to bring operator-grade RevOps discipline to other B2B SaaS companies on HubSpot. Not theory. Receipts.
Why we exist.
Before SonaMation, our founding team — Yarkin Sakucoglu, Joe Watkins, Jacob Spielberg, and Fredrik Jansson-Knodell — built and scaled Socio, a hybrid-event platform acquired by Cisco. We learned RevOps the hard way: by running it ourselves, through hypergrowth, a near-collapse during the pandemic, and an enterprise acquisition.
Yarkin made the Forbes 30 Under 30 list (Enterprise Technology) at 23. He, Joe, and the rest of the founding team were honored together that year. The list looks pretty on a wall. The work behind it was unglamorous: rebuilding the RevOps stack twice, fighting bad data models, and learning that workflows are downstream of architecture.
When the Cisco acquisition closed, we kept getting the same question from other SaaS founders and CROs: "How did you actually do that operationally?" SonaMation is the answer to that question. We help B2B SaaS companies between $5M and $50M ARR rebuild the same way we rebuilt Socio — Layer 1 first, Layer 4 last, never reversed.
Today we’re a small team of senior architects and engineers based in San Francisco and Indianapolis. HubSpot Onboarding Accredited — top 1% globally. We work with about 30–40 active clients at any given time and we hire slowly on purpose.
Four operators. One Cisco-acquired company.
Every founder on the team built a SaaS together before. The methodology you’re reading is what we wished we’d had then.
Co-founder of Socio — the hybrid-event platform acquired by Cisco. Forbes 30 Under 30 (Enterprise Technology). Purdue alum. Founded SonaMation to bring the operator-grade RevOps discipline he learned scaling Socio to other B2B SaaS companies on HubSpot.
Co-founding team member of Socio. Joined SonaMation at launch to lead engagement strategy and HubSpot architecture. Operator background across Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, and full RevOps.
Co-founder. Deep operator experience scaling RevOps at a Cisco-acquired SaaS. Leads delivery on complex HubSpot implementations and integration engineering.
Co-founder. Strategic Finance background — translates RevOps changes into board-defendable financial outcomes. Works closely with client CFOs and CROs on forecast accuracy and pipeline economics.
Five operating principles.
The architect named in your contract is the one running your engagement. No SDR. No junior swap-out. No exceptions.
We rebuild Layer 1 before Layer 4. Not because it’s flashier — because it’s the only sequence that doesn’t fall apart in 6 months.
Every case study leads with a metric. ‘Transformative’ doesn’t scope an engagement.
We publish who we’re NOT for. If you’re a fit, you’ll know it. If you’re not, we won’t waste your time.
Higher prices than commodity agencies. Lower risk than any of them, with written guarantees.
A small bench of senior people.
We grow slowly on purpose. Every hire has shipped at least one full RevOps stack at a $20M+ SaaS before joining.

Operations and engagement management. Owns the staffing model — making sure every engagement is led by a senior architect named in the contract.
Senior consultant on HubSpot architecture and RevOps strategy. Multi-engagement lead for mid-market B2B SaaS clients.
Technical project management across implementation sprints, integration engineering builds, and Salesforce → HubSpot migrations.

We hire slowly. We pay well.
We don’t do junior pipelines. We don’t do high-volume hiring. If you’re a senior architect or engineer and the methodology resonates, we’ll always have time to talk.
