Why we exist.
SonaMation started in 2018 after our founder spent four years inside a Salesforce → HubSpot migration that broke twice and never fully delivered. The agency we hired charged us for workflows. They didn’t look at the data model. Two years later, the data model was still broken, the workflows were duct tape, and the CRO had been replaced.
We built SonaMation to fix that pattern. Not for everyone — for B2B SaaS specifically, between $5M and $50M ARR, where the stack is mature enough to be valuable and small enough that one team can actually rebuild it.
